The farm has special relations with breeders, tissue culture labs, and vegetative cuttings farms to ensure a constant supply of high-quality starter materials for production.

Phoenix prides itself on quality control. The farm scrutinizes every tissue culture micro cutting, vegetative cutting and seed used, in addition to the selection, grading, packing, and shipping processes. Computer-controlled environmental systems manage the heating, cooling, and lighting within the greenhouses while growing material is grown on rolling benches with in-bench heating to maximize space and efficiency.
