Horticulture Industry Veterans, ForemostCo® Inc, and Athena Brazil, Join Forces to Meet Growing North America Perennial URC Demands
MIAMI, February 12, 2015 – With North American markets demanding increased standards and availability of quality perennial young plants, long-time industry leaders, ForemostCo® and Athena Brazil, have reached an agreement to support each other for the supply of Perennial URC’s to North America. This agreement will add diversity to the recently consolidated Perennial URC market.
In addition to the Perennial line from Athena Brazil, ForemostCo® will be brokering Athena’s full product line. This agreement adds yet another dimension to ForemostCo’s depth as a provider of a full range of color options.
ABOUT FOREMOSTCO®: In 1987, Joe Roberts started what is now known as ForemostCo®, Inc. Over the past 28 years, what began as a brokerage company for tropical plant starter material has expanded to include three farms in Central America, a rooting station in Winter Garden, Florida, and a growing customer base that encompasses the US and Canada, as well as Europe.
