Customer Care Specialist:
Job Description and Duties:
Maintains accurate records of account dealings: orders, credits, adjustments and all related maintenance through CRM system.
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Verifies availabilities as necessary and communicates accurate information to sales staff.
Follow and complete ForemostCo Superior Customer Service Training Program
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Education: College Degree a plus, preferably with a Horticulture background
2. Knowledge and Experience:
(a) 3-5 years of customer service experience.
(b) Fluent in English and Spanish; fluency in other languages a strong plus.
Salary: Salary and commission commensurate with experience, and include group health and 401k benefits.
