FOREMOSTCO ANNOUNCES THAT PARTNER, GREEN TRADING CORPORATION, HAS ACQUIRED SULA FLORA FARM, OFFERING ADDITIONAL PRODUCT LINES IN THE NORTH AMERICAN MARKET.

MIAMI — February 13th, 2004--ForemostCo, Inc. announced the acquisition of Sula Flora Farm, Honduras, by their Guatemala-based partner, Green Trading Corporation. ForemostCo and Green Trading Corporation are now able to provide significant availability of high quality in-demand product including Schefflera Trinette (also known as Goldfinger) for the professional grower community.

Green Trading Corporation has production facilities in Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Honduras. With this purchase, Sula Flora will now be named “Matas de Sula” and is located in Santa Barbara, Honduras. Matas de Sula adds more than 80 acres of land to Green Trading’s operations, 50 of which are under shade. Products produced at the farm include Schefflera Trinette and Schefflera Hong Kong.

Sula Flora has a more than 20-year track record producing consistently high quality foliage; its strong production capability will enhance ForemostCo’s ability to meet the industry’s growing need for quality ornamental foliage and starter material.
