FOREMOST STRENGTHENS TEXAS PRESENCE WITH APPOINTMENT OF TERRITORY MANAGER, MONTE STRICKLAND

MIAMI, FLORIDA—October 12, 2005—To meet the sales and client service demands of the growing Texas market, ForemostCo has appointed industry veteran Monte Strickland as Territory Manager to manage the firm’s Texas office.

The $8.7 billion annual green industry market in Texas is growing in size and diversity. While ForemostCo has had a strong presence in the Texas market for over a decade, the market is growing rapidly which translates into a need for highly skilled, careful monitoring and management of customer’s needs and the ability to increase sales and shipments significantly.

Monte brings to ForemostCo over 18 years in the industry, both in sales management and running his own operation. Prior to joining ForemostCo, Monte was with Timberline Nursery, and before that served in numerous roles with Color Spot Nurseries of San Antonio, where he completed his tenure as Divisional Sales Manager.
