FOREMOSTCO ANNOUNCES NEW GENERAL MANAGER, JOSÉ LUIS CORRALES UGALDE, TO OVERSEE ORNAMENTALES SAPO VERDE, S.A., ITS LEADING COSTA RICAN FARM

MIAMI—April 14, 2005--ForemostCo announces it has engaged José Luis Corrales Ugalde as General Manger of Ornamentales Sapo Verde S.A. (OSV), ForemostCo’s premier ornamental plant cuttings production facility in Costa Rica.

Corrales will be responsible for overseeing farm operations at OSV which has a total planting area of over 75 acres with capability of expanding to 130 acres and specializes in the production and distribution of a wide variety of plant cuttings.

With more than 20 years in the floriculture industry, Corrales brings to ForemostCo substantial experience in production and export of ornamental plants from Central America. Corrales has developed strong relationships with nurseries throughout Asia, Europe and North America. “Jose Luis’ brings both the horticultural and Team building track record we need to ensure OSV aligns itself fully with Foremostco’s commitment to Quality and Service”, says Joseph C. OSV produces over eight million cuttings per year and has become one of the most respected producers of Crotons, Scheffleras and Dracaenas to both the North American and European markets. The Costa Rican farm was acquired by ForemostCo Inc. in 2003 and is dedicated to producing exceptional quality products coupled with personalized customer service, while operating with environmentally friendly technologies.
